Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.
You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.
$25 handleling fee will be charge on orders under $150.
International shipping costs may vary, depends on the country, duty and tax.
Orders will go through Auspost, we are always trying our best to dispatch your orders asap, normally we dispatch all orders within two business days.
Sometimes we cannot dispatch on time when Auspost is closed during public holidays like Christmas and New Year.
Non-Signature Delivery and Lost Orders
We have updated our shipping policy to provide further clarity regarding orders that do not require a signature upon delivery. Please review the following information:
Delivery Confirmation: For orders marked as "Delivered - Left in a safe place," we will consider the package as arrived. This means that once the package has been delivered and left in the designated safe place, we will consider our responsibility fulfilled, unless the shipping carrier admits the parcel was lost due to their actions.
Limited Liability: In the unfortunate event that a package is subsequently lost after being marked as "Delivered - Left in a safe place," we cannot be held responsible for the loss or any associated claims. However, if it is confirmed by Auspost that the parcel was lost due to their actions, we will actively work with them to resolve the situation.
Reporting Lost Packages: If you believe your package has been lost after the delivery status has been marked as "Delivered - Left in a safe place," we recommend taking the following steps:
a. Contact Local Police: Please file a report with your local police department. They will assist you in investigating the matter and documenting the loss.
b. Contact the Shipping Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier involved in the delivery to inquire about any potential updates or assistance they can provide in locating the package.

While we cannot assume liability for losses or claims once a package has been marked as delivered, we are committed to working with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.

Oversea buyers:
Your order will be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, 2G SPORTS has no control over these charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods either being:
- destroyed by customs; or
- goods being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee (costs will be deducted from any refund owed).
If your order is being held by your local customs office, you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process.

Usually we use special made High-quality Cardboard Boxes or Premium Poly Satchels to protech your racquets, shoes, bags and other equipment from any damage during the delivery process.
We choose Auspost EXPRESS service to dispatch orders for our valued customers, this service is faster, securer and more reliable than the standard shipping.
