At 2G SPORTS, we value customer satisfaction. If you believe you have ordered the wrong item or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind within 30 days from the invoice date, please follow these steps:

  1. Call us on 0435 160 032 or Email Us – Notify us of your return by quoting your order number and the product name you wish to return to check if your product is eligible for return/ exchange.
  2. If it is eligible for a return or exchange, please mail the product back – Include:
    • A written reason for return, your name, phone number, and email
    • Or Click here to Download The Return/ Exchange Form
    • A copy of the shopping receipt

Once we receive the return, it takes approximately 7 days to process the return and issue a refund/ exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • 2G SPORTS will cover shipping costs only for domestic dispatches from our side.
  • Please retain a tracking number or delivery reference for proof of return.
  • Overseas buyers: We do not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • If the return meets our conditions, a STORE CREDIT equivalent to the purchase value will be issued.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% (minimum $25) may apply to returns that do not meet our conditions, including but not limited to:
    • Items showing excessive use, damage, or tampering
    • Returns sent without prior notice or missing required documentation
    • Repeated or excessive returns indicating policy abuse
    • Change-of-mind refunds
  • 2G SPORTS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, including:

  • Items marked as "Clearance" (noted on the product page and/or at checkout).
  • Most sale items can be returned for change of mind, unless marked or described as Final Sale. Items marked or described as Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind, including for reasons such as sizing & fit, color, or styling. These items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please ensure satisfaction with your purchase before completing the transaction.
  • Strung racquets – If you requested string installation, the racquet is strictly non-returnable.
  • Stringing services – Once completed, stringing services cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Used shoes – If shoes have been worn and deemed “uncomfortable” without any manufacturing defect, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. "Personal comfort" is not a valid reason for a warranty claim as well.


Terms & Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition
All original product tags and labels attached
Original packaging included (e.g., racquet covers must be returned with racquets)

Clearance items and stringing services are strictly non-returnable, as stated in product descriptions.

2G SPORTS reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with these conditions.

These terms do not affect your rights under consumer guarantees or any applicable laws.
